How we work

The order is the same across all areas and does not depend on how complex the matter is.

• We look at the facts first and quote afterwards. You pay nothing before the scope is agreed.
• The scope is recorded in the contract in writing: what is included and what is not.
• An invoice shows our fee, state fees and third party costs separately.
• If the scope changes as the work goes on, we agree it in advance.
• We work in English, Russian and Georgian.

Where the decision rests with a bank or a state authority, we say so before the work starts. Nobody can guarantee another party's decision, and we do not make promises of that kind.
